*Intellectual Property Office India Celebrates International Women's Day*
New Delhi, March 6, 2023: The Intellectual Property Office India celebrated International Women's Day with great enthusiasm and fervor. The program began with the welcoming and felicitation of the chief guest, Ms. Simran Kaur, DPIIT, and the guests of honor, Prof. Rajesh Kumar of IP University, Advocate Swati Roy Prasad, and Prof. Anirudh Kumar Sudhanshu of DU.

Sh. N.R. Meena, Sr. Joint Controller of Patents and Designs (Head of Delhi Patent Office), welcomed the chief guest and set the tone for the celebration.
The program featured a range of cultural activities, including singing, dancing, poster making, and slogan writing, performed by officials from the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Office.
The highlight of the program was a wonderful play performed by students of Motilal Nehru College and Kalindi College, titled "Khel Khel Me" and "Amma". The play received a standing ovation and praise from all.
Dr. Kavita Taunk, Controller of Patents and Designs, thanked CGPTD Prof. (Dr.) Unnat P. Pandit for his encouragement and consistent support, as well as Sh. N.R. Meena, Head of Department, for their guidance.
She also thanked all the participants, organizing committee members, and officials who worked tirelessly to make the celebration a success.
The program was a testament to the commitment of the Intellectual Property Office India to promoting women's empowerment and celebrating their achievements.
