Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme: Summer Internship 2025
The University has started the “Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme” (VCIS) from the academic year 2022-2023 with an aim to provide internship opportunities to its UG and PG students in the University through the office of Dean Students’ Welfare. The internship assists students to comprehend functioning of different sectors of the University system, thus enhancing their administrative skills (both hard and soft skills). The idea was envisaged by our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Sir, Professor Yogesh Singh and successfully achieved by Dean Students’ Welfare Office team under the able guidance and constant support of Dean Students’ Welfare, Professor Ranjan Kumar Tripathi. VCIS offers two types of internships: Summer Internship for two months during summer vacation and Part-time Internship for six months during the academic session. The Dean Students’ Welfare Office, University of Delhi, is now accepting applications for the Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme (VCIS): Summer Internship 2025. All regular bonafide students of the University of Delhi studying in any course/stream at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels are eligible to apply for this program, except those in their final year/final semester. The summer internship is for a period of two months with a monthly stipend of Rs.11,025. The last date for registration is 30 April, 2025.
